About Traforall

A tech company that took on the hardest trade corridor.

Traforall was founded by a team with deep experience in software, AI, and trade operations — and a long-standing operating partnership with a Tehran-based customs and trade specialist. We exist because the trade corridor between Iran and its neighbors is one of the most underserved logistics markets in the world: high demand, low transparency, fragmented operators. We're closing that gap with tools and structure.

How we're built

Technology

The technology side of Traforall builds the systems — landed-cost models, HS-code classifiers in three languages, document generators, and the client portal that gives our customers visibility into every shipment milestone.

Operations

Our Tehran-based partner is a licensed trade operator with deep relationships across border customs offices, freight forwarders along the corridor, and merchant networks in the major bazaars and industrial zones.

Together, we offer something neither of us could alone: tech-grade transparency layered on top of real, licensed, on-the-ground operating capacity.

Why this corridor

Iran's land borders touch seven countries: Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq. Across these frontiers move construction materials, agricultural products, petrochemicals, textiles, machinery, and consumer goods worth tens of billions of dollars annually. Yet the trade is structurally hard:

  • Three languages, three legal systems, three customs regimes per shipment, on average.
  • No public price discovery for most commodities or freight lanes.
  • Compliance overhead that scares off larger international firms — leaving the market to small, opaque operators.

We took on this corridor because the gap between what traders need and what's available is the largest we've seen. And because tech can actually solve most of it.

What we believe

Transparency is the product.

Most corridor friction is just hidden information. We expose prices, routes, timelines, and document status by default.

Compliance is non-negotiable.

We turn away business that doesn't pass screening, and we expect our clients to want that.

Tech, then ops.

We automate what software can do better than humans, so our operators spend their time on what only humans can do.

Long-term relationships beat one-off deals.

We price for repeat clients, not one-shot transactions.
